Fantastic staff at the Michael Hill at Cranbourne. Special callout to Sandrena, Manreet and Rhett. Bought some silver chains and bracelets. Good attention to detail to my requirements and good communication right from ordering in the right chain for me and fulfilling my customisation request and were able to deliver in time. Highly recommend this Michael Hill branch for a great buying experience.

I went in to Cranbourne today and wanted to get some information on an engagement ring. I was served by the Store Manager Rhett and he was most helpful with all of my questions and concerns. He made trying on rings a fun and stress-free experience. Highly recommend coming here to make your upcoming important day that extra special. I left knowing exactly what I wanted 😊 Thank you again!

After going in for the 6 monthly ring inspection, the gentleman who served us was prompt, polite and immediately spotted damage to my ring. He explained what he saw and even showed us under the microscope! We have previously had poor experiences in other locations however this experience was excellent. He explained the process of sending the ring off as well as a breakdown of costs. He even advised that there was a wedding band which fit with my engagement ring, something my husband was never told!

I had the best experience at Michael Hill, all thanks to Lucci. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. Her patience and professionalism made my day, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. Michael Hill is lucky to have her, and I hope she knows how appreciated she is! We bought a ring from the Southland store. On the day it was really hot in the store and as such had swollen fingers. So when we got home I. The cold the ring practically fell off. The Cranbourne staff (this was our local store) were so helpful in arranging to order one in the correct size and made everything so easy. Thanks ladies.
